Indeed! I was astounded late last year by the extremely high prices in Istanbul.
But the problem will not be limited to Sri Lanka, Iran and Turkey. Every single country will have to cope with a high level of disruption in the coming three months. Then the banquet of consequences will start. Probably later this Summer or in the Autumn at the latest.
